My name is Jessica Kelly and I have been the school counselor at Westwood Elementary School since 2015. I earned my Master of Education in School Counseling degree from Seattle Pacific University and my Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in history from Pacific Lutheran University. After exploring my career options, I decided to become a school counselor because I wanted to help children learn healthy coping and emotional regulation strategies that they can use in elementary school and beyond. I personally had a wonderful K-12 school experience growing up and I enjoy being part of a team that similarly creates a positive school climate where all students feel welcomed and inspired. Here are some hobbies I enjoy outside of work:
