The following alternative design schematics were tested prior to optimizing tubing sizes. As a result, we modified the design by adjusting height differences, component positions, and pump location to rectify the fluid flow problems we encountered. Note: It is important to mention that these design have not been tested with the optimized tubing of 0.3 mm and 0.8 mm ID tubing.
