What have been done in the past week

• Reviewing our past progress, research, setting up meeting times for this quarter.

  • Team meeting: Monday @ 11am

  • Sponsor meeting: Tuesday? (for week 1, thurs 10-1am or fri morning before noon)

Feedback from meeting with sponsor

• Keep evaluating what topic is best to have physical demos (instead of videos/simulations)

• Secure what topics we’d like to work on in the beginning of next quarter

• We are prioritizing a demo to be used by the professor; secondary goal is to have some kind of design optimization task for students

• Professor Qi showed us a “vector glass box” that she might want to improve

List your current concern according to the importance

• Establish topics to be tackled in kit

• Redefine the scope

• Questions about the report due next Friday

• Does she want us to continue on all 4 of the tools we made last quarter?

• Obtaining hand tools / assembly of components - how are we going to do that?

What is the next step of your project

• Redefining the scope and establishing the topics.

• Brainstorming overall final design (consolidating ideas?).
