Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
Low Speed cameras can work at 40 Hz for now and coordinates of the objective can be calculated.
Galvo system and high speed camera can work: Galvo could cover the whole arena and view of high speed camera can be used for analysis.
The LED light can be tracked with a 6 seconds latency at about 40 Hz.
Accomplishments from Previous Week
Calibrations of galvo (heights of mirror) are done last week.
Decided to machine on camera caps for adaptors.
Bottleneck code replaced code suitable to run on our current workstation.
Finish the demo of tracking the LED lights and make it trackable with a latency of 6 seconds.
Goals for Next Week (list names after each item). Use specific and measurable objectives.
Reduced error caused by theta/phi (mirror angles) as much as possible. (Keren)
Machine on the high-speed camera and lens adaptor. (Mingcong and Zizhao)
Take further test and verification to make sure that galvo could track LED light without latency. (Keren, Mingcong and Zizhao )

Calibration of the galvo should be done and galvo should move correspondingly with given coordinates. (03/03/2020, In person)
An adapter than could be locked on the lens would be favorable. (03/03/2020, In person)
A video demo of tracking LED light should be done before next meeting. (03/06/2020, In person)
Actions: We calculated the height of mirrors in galvo and apply them in the calculation of actuation signals.
Actions: We changed the plan of adapter from 3-D printing part to machining on lens caps.
Actions: We tested our codes and did the LED testing. Finally got the video of tracking LED at Friday night.

Work on the lens control even though it may not be finished. (03/03/2020, in person)
Write all parts of project on the report no matter the condition is ideal or not. (03/03/2020, in person)
Actions: Will work on the improvement of adapter design and will mention lens control in poster.
