Sponsor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments (indicate date of comments and if via email or in person)
Met with our sponsor, Mr. Wolfson, Friday afternoon (1/26) at our workspace. Mr. Wolfson reviewed Pozyx system trials. Tests were positive though the system had a fair amount of noise in detecting tag position in XYZ space. A filter will be considered. Additionally, the tests need to be redone with beacons located in adjacent rooms to ensure functionality when breaking line of sight.
Instructor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments (indicate date of comments and if via email or in person)
At weekly meeting on 1/23, Professor Tustaniwskyj suggested contacting Steven Roberts for assistance with electronics. This should be done this week.
At weekly meeting on 1/23, Pedro recommended looking into an inexpensive electromagnetic clutch for motor coupling. There are a variety intended for printers but most are 24V and would require a 12V to 24V step up regulator. More research required.

Upcoming milestones:
Manufacture (3D print) proof of concept drivetrain by 2/6 for presentation
Manufacture (3D print) proof of concept charging base by 2/6 for presentation
Fully integrate Pozyx tags for walker and "button" with ROS on Raspberry Pi and perform trilateration and homing demo by 2/6 for presentation
Gantt Chart updated
Budget (list amount spent and amount remaining)
No money was spent by the team last week. Our sponsor provided a Pozyx system.
