Device Working Process:
With air pressure source comes into the tube, a constant air pressure would be applied to the nebulizer with water to produce humid air in the chamber. Then the air would go into the large chamber as a humidifier. Pay attention that there are two nebulizers filled with pathogen solution and water, and the separated control of two solenoid valves would be acted to control the pathogen solution and horizontal air flow. Once hitting the button, valve H opens first, enabling the pathogen solution to atomize for a desired time period. Then, valve D opens and the horizontal air flow enters the humidifying chamber. Lastly, valve D closes first and valve H closes at the end. The desired time period for solution atomization and air flow blast can be modified in the Adriano program.
Key Design Decisions:
- T shape droplet projection tube with large chamber as a humidifier
- Two nebulizers separately filled with pathogen solution and water
- Constant air pressure applied to the nebulizer with water to produce humid air in the chamber
- Separate control of two solenoid valves for pathogen solution and horizontal air flow
