Beyond the Classroom 

This day was a beautiful reminder of who we are and how far we have come from but also how close we truly are. Dressed in our home country’s colours and traditions, we proudly shared our cultures, food, languages, and stories. The classroom was filled with music, laughter, and connection. No matter where we belong, we stood side by side—celebrating differences, embracing unity, and proving that in 5-4, we are always one big family.

Sports Day brought out the energy, spirit, and teamwork in every one of us! Dressed proudly in our house colours, we ran, jumped, cheered, and gave our best in every event. It was a day full of friendly competition, high-fives, and heart-pumping fun—all while learning the importance of staying active, healthy, and supporting one another. Whether we won or not, we all walked away champions of effort and enthusiasm!

Our visit to Kidzmondo was more than just a trip—it was a sneak peek into the real world! From doctors and chefs to pilots and bankers, students stepped into different professions and explored how jobs connect to everyday life. They earned, spent, worked in teams, and learned how a city runs through markets, roles, and responsibilities. It was a day of role-play, learning, and excitement, and it sparked big dreams in little minds!

Our day at MIA Park was all about fresh air, movement, and mindful moments. Through games, walks, and team activities under the open sky, we learned how staying active outdoors helps our bodies and minds feel stronger and happier. It was a beautiful reminder that learning does not always happen at a desk—sometimes, the best lessons come with sunshine and smiles!

One of our favourite moments this year was reading aloud to our little buddies in Year 2. With stories in hand and hearts full of excitement, we brought along cookies and milk to make their reading time even more special. It was a cosy, joyful experience where stories were shared, smiles were plenty, and connections were made one page at a time.
