Wow, Students and Parents of Year 2.7, what an exciting year it has been for us!
From the very first day, we've explored, learned, and created so many amazing things together. We've discovered new ways to solve problems, unleashed our creativity with fun art projects, and shared countless laughs. Our class has grown stronger as a team, helping each other learn and celebrate our victories—big or small.
All this great time spent together, I cannot believe we have nearly reached the summer holidays. It has been a pleasure to teach the students and I wish you all the best in your next year. I am so proud of all of you.

Here is just a snap shot of our year together. We were involved in plenty of classroom learning, school celebrations, assemblies as well as enjoying field trips out of school.
In class Year 2.7 were engaged through hands on activities: partner work, sharing, grouping, dividing and guided reading with our bestie Pablo, the Panda. The students of 2.7 grew in innovation as we learned through a variety of ways and approaches. This allowed us to reflect and respond to unit learning successfully.
A story read to us by Primary Principal, Mr Lewis
The students were capitivate by him.
We explored unit learning through standard and non standard methods
A glimpse at our future educators, modeling those we look up to most.
Snaps from our colourful and cheerful Year 2.7 Assembly. It was all about being a brave explorer. We had such an amazing time performing for the students of EMS and of course our parents and principal.
We had so much fun on our school field trips this year. We showed that we could travel with care, and represent the school nicely. All the smiles and laughs made for such great memories.
Our students had the pleasure of being taught by their peers from Year 6. The students thoroughly enjoyed this experience and engaged with their aspiring teacher, Rovana Yr 6.6.
Working in different groups, we tackled each learning unit as it came. This approach enhanced our social skills and accelerated our learning abilities.
Feeling very mature, our students read with Year 5 students during Book Week. Such a proud moment to see our young students read to their best abilities with those they admire.
SPORTS DAY 2025
EMS field was a sea of Blue, Green, Red and Yellow house colours. We had an amazing day playing many games together.
We focused on following instructions, taking turns and encouraging fair play.
Traveling around the World on International Day at EMS Doha. We learnt more about other countries and cultures. Events like this, brought us so much joy!
We have been busy to say the least! I, Ms Tess, ensured the students developed through a variety of learning approaches. We loved our end of unit projects each term; be it dress up, writing stories or planting seeds.
