Emanuel School allows you to lead each other as students, passing down what you have learnt. Your dynamic with the school evolves as you do.
Saachi has been at Emanuel School since Year K and describes it as a "place run by adults but a manifestation of the new youth and community". She believes that each year students inspire and influence each other in new ways.
She has fond memories from Primary to High School that include playing imagination games with her friends, doing arts and crafts activities, science experiments and attending art camps. She specifically enjoyed Machane Ayekah as it gave her the opportunity to bond with her year and extend her social group.
Saachi commends Emanuel School for accepting differences, encouraging students to be true to themselves and not to just follow the ‘mainstream'. She is a hard worker who achieves her goals, determined to do things her own way. She sees the world from a positive perspective and knows how to find the interesting aspects of any task.
Saachi painted two murals for the school campus and is excited to go straight to art school, whilst opening her own freelance illustration hobby on social media.
Her friends regard her as a creative and interesting person who loves to share her passions and artistic creations. She exudes happiness and a love for her friends.
