Emanuel School has given me the platform to discover my passions and voice my values.

Mia will always be grateful to Emanuel School for providing her with opportunities to learn, grow and discover her passions. She particularly loves Mathematics and would like to be remembered for her achievements in this subject. Mia completed HSC Mathematics in Year 11, achieving 97 in this subject. She believes her organisational and stress management skills, which she developed at school, helped her to achieve this, and will continue to help her excel both in university and in her future career.

Mia remembers her role as the Madricha of Szenes House fondly, and is particularly proud of her promotion of Teacher Appreciation Week and Animal Awareness Day.

Mia is a committed and driven scholar. This will stand her in good stead at university where she would like to study towards a career where she can apply her love of Mathematics.

Her friends describe her as a diligent, passionate and determined person who will always give her best. She stands up for what she believes and is never embarrassed to be her true self.
