A group maximum of four (4) lower or upper secondary students (Form 1 to 4 only).
Only two (2) students from each group will be presenting on the competition day.
Each MRSM must select one of the listed Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to create an App Prototype using Augmented Reality (AR), Keynote, GarageBand, iMovie, and Clips, according the stated objectives:
Identify health and well-being challenges within the community.
Propose solutions through innovative prototype development.
Raise awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, mental well-being, and physical wellness.
Promote the use of technology and creativity in supporting global health.
Increase student awareness regarding quality education issues locally and globally.
Encourage creative and innovative thinking to solve real-world problems.
Apply design and technology skills to produce a functional prototype.
Enhance collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Identify key issues related to unsustainable communities and cities in the local area.
Propose a creative and innovative solution in prototype form.
Apply problem-based design and technology skills.
Promote awareness about the importance of safe, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable cities and communities.
Increase student understanding of the importance of peace, justice, and integrity in institutions.
Encourage students to find creative solutions for social and administrative issues within the community or country.
Promote the use of technology and innovation to uphold justice and peace values.
Develop research, design, and effective communication skills.
Participants representing each institution MUST attend a briefing session, which will be announced by the host according to a scheduled date and time.
Each team will be evaluated based on the following:
A functioning app prototype idea.
App Design Journal documentation.
Augmented Reality (AR) document in USDZ format.
Assessment will be conducted by professional judges appointed by BPM.
One (1) project from each SDG category shortlisted by the judges will be selected for a final pitching session to determine the winner.

iPad with a minimum specification of iPad iOS 15.5 (one for each student).
The required iOS applications are Keynote, GarageBand, iMovie, Clips, and Reality Composer. These apps can be downloaded from the App Store and must be updated to the latest iOS version.
Apple Pencil or a compatible stylus for the iPad (optional).
Extension cable – one unit per group.
