Cheryl Vail Apple

Cheryl Vail Apple is a 1985 Eastern Hancock graduate. She earned four varsity letters in basketball, two in volleyball, and one each in tennis and track. Cheryl was named All-Conference and All-County three times and All-Sectional once. She was a two-year team captain. Cheryl was the 1985 Greenfield Daily Reporter and 1985 Knightstown Banner Player of the Year and was named third team All-State by Hoosier Basketball Magazine. She holds the school record for career rebounds. After graduation, she was a three-year starter and two-year team captain at St. Joseph’s College. Cheryl works for Keramida Environmental. She and her family live near Greenfield.
