Family Portal Information:

Instructions for Creating a new Family Portal account 

• You will need to go to the EGSD parent portal Website to create a Family portal account. EG ASPEN website

• Please email jrobitaille@egsd.net if you need extra help creating your account. You must have a student in the EG school system and this request must come from the email address listed on file as a contact for the student.  When you registered your child in EG, you gave the enrollment staff your email address and that is the one that is in our system, unless you changed it and notified us. 

Once you have a Family Portal account

NEW PROCESS TO REVIEW ANNUAL STUDENT INFORMATION. 

We ask all parents/guardians to look at the tabs in ASPEN to be sure they have the most up-to-date information for their child. 

• Review the demographics tab and ensure all info is accurate. 

• On the Medical Tab please check off the over-the-counter medications that you allow the school nurse and school admin staff to administer if needed. Please review and input the Physician's name and telephone number.

• Under the Additional info tab please Review the annual Permissions and agreement section and check off yes or no.

• FERPA section: review and check off all that apply.

If you need to add, edit or delete a contact or make a change or addition to the medical information, or you have a phone update or ADDRESS change you will need to proceed to our new Returning Students Registration workflow that you will find on this PAGES screen on the bottom right.
