Health Matters (Click on this link to sign up)

Each month, programs will feature a great mix of physical activity, nutrition and well-being classes.  We have staggered class times and added new early morning and lunch options!

Space is limited and participants will still be required to register to reserve their spot for each class on the Health Matters Portal at www.ritrust.com. And remember, they can earn incentives for participating.

Register to participate on the Health Matters Portal at www.ritrust.com.  You must login each day during this 30 day challenge to acknowledge a daily tip. Those who successfully complete this challenge are eligible for incentives.
