Who can apply?
Requests for support can be made by any Essex primary school within reasonable travelling distance of each provision. Parents or carers wishing to know more, should ask their child's school to contact us.
How to apply
Complete and return the Request for Support Form to hdavis@whitebridge.efspt.org for KS2 placements, or vrees@lambourne.efspt.org for EYFS/KS1 placements.

The Process
Requests for support are heard by a panel made up of local head teachers, provision leads, inclusion partners and when possible, a SENDOPS representative.
If your request is unsuccessful, advice will be given to help you to support your pupil within school.
If your request is successful, you will meet the provision team and begin the outreach or New Starter process.
Please feel free to contact either provision if you wish to know more before making a referral.
