For my personal project, I created a training schedule to help me manage both stress from 9th grade and the increase in trainings in badminton. I think this personal project was a great and new experience, as i have not done big projects like this before (that take about a year to complete ).
Here is my final product: I made a training video that shows some clips of my training. I showed it to my coach and he thought it was great and suggested to post it on our club's youtube channel (Tapion Sulka).
