About my project

My product is a series of five paintings, focusing on the progression of pollution over time. I wanted to learn about how the issue had reached its current status, and hopefully discover things along the way that could help to stop it in its tracks. I expected to be disappointed in society's lack of effort to stop pollution, but I ended up with the conclusion that effort has definitely been made, but there is not just one type of pollution to be stopped. If we want to stop it completely, we cannot keep rotating resources; we need to stop relying on them so heavily in the first place.
