Environmental impact of our eating habits

Climate change, global warming, deforestation, eutrophication, loss of biodiversity and whatnot. Environmental concerns are quite a relevant topic in the world we live in today. Food production and consumption play a big role, especially cause it's something that we can all affect with our choices. We hear about it on the news, read articles about and see it on social media. However, there's a lot you and I don't know about it.

I wanted to take this project as an opportunity to educate myself and hopefully others by creating a video about how the choices we make regarding the food we eat, impacts the environment. I'm not very creative or great at drawing, so I thought to myself hey, might as well take on the challenge of a whiteboard animation style video.
