Jasmine Finnilä

My product is an artwork created from “used” waste collected from my daily life and others who have helped along the way.

My main goal was to learn more about the use of plastic (and overall waste) in the environment, while also spreading awareness of its impact through my learning process and through the research which I conducted to create the final product. I wanted to put what I researched into a statement art piece.

Another one of my goals was to challenge my creativity and art skills. I approached an unfamiliar type of art.
