What Food Should my Child Bring to School?

Crunch and Sip (10am)

Children are given the opportunity to eat their ‘Crunch & Sip’ at some time before recess. This often occurs at around 10am. At ‘Crunch & Sip’ time, children have a short time to drink some water and eat a small amount of fruit or vegetables. Your child’s ‘Crunch & Sip’ should be in a container or bag separate from their recess and lunch.
