Teoriá is an online music theory and aural training website. The navigation is a bit clunky however it is a perfect resource for students wishing to improve their aural skills in intervals, scales, and chords, along with theory skills and melodic dictation skills.

The Vienna Academy is provided by Vienna Symphonic Library, a company who make and sell sample libraries and production software for classical music. The Vienna Academy is free to access and contains a vast amount of information about orchestral instruments, including their construction, abilities, limitations, notation, and techniques.
The Orchestra: A User's Manual is a website provided by Professor Andrew Hugill, a British academic, composer, and musicologist. This website is another resource to find detailed information about orchestral instruments, including their range, extended techniques, and notation.
YouTube has a great selection of channels covering musicology and musicianship. These are fantastic educational resources for students to watch at home or for teachers to incorperate into their lessons.
MuseScore is a free music notation software. After recent updates, MuseScore is now incredibly user-friendly and is adequate software for Music 2 students to compose with. The GNU General Public License guarantees that MuseScore will always remain free to download and use.
