Crunch and Sip is an easy way to help our students stay healthy and happy. Each morning, your child is encouraged to refuel with a serving of fruit or vegetables in the learning space. This will help to improve their concentration and promote long term health.
Your child’s crunch and sip should be stored in a reusable container that they can open and close themselves. Please be mindful of serving sizes as this is a quick mid-morning snack. Crunch and sip is also a perfect time for your child to rehydrate with a drink of water.
