Sample DCO Role Statement
Ability to capture the needs of staff in order to embed technology into teaching and learning, identify current areas of improvement and track and monitor.
Develop and deliver high quality, targeted professional learning to staff; including the ability to co-teach, lead demonstration lessons, collaboratively plan.
Use documentation such as the Digital Action Plan to support the Principal with schools planning.
Provide regular, succinct feedback to the Digital Support Team.
Capture and share examples of strong classroom practice and pedagogies with the Digital Support Team, and other DCO’s.
Complete other Digital Teaching and Learning tasks that align with the School's Strategic Direction indicators.
