The professional learning I developed and delivered based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to broaden knowledge, improve teaching and learning methodology and disseminate best practice ideas and experiences across the whole staff group. I engaged in professional discussions with colleagues and shared ideas from and to wider teaching networks in my school and online. I have modelled teaching practice and discussed time saving processes for staff and students alike to support the improvement of student outcomes and targets.
