I have coached staff members to build capacity in the specific area of integrating ICT into classroom practice and to assist in the creation and improvement of resources, pedagogy and student engagement. I have engaged in coaching conversations and professional discourse that focus on the continued learning and development of ICT skills and promoted the implementation of digital safety into learning and teaching. I have also modelled these practices for professional learning purposes for staff within the coach/coachee relationship.
