The Digital Maturity Planner (DMP) is designed to help you assess and benchmark the digital maturity of your school and plan your path to digital best practice.
The tool aligns with the School Excellence Framework (SEF) and the Digital Maturity Framework developed by ICT + to enable you to understand your school’s level of digital maturity in each of the Learning, Teaching and Leading domains.
The Principal and the DCO have access to the DMP and the DAP.
The Digital Action Plan (DAP) is changeable and has the links to professional learning already organised and linked for you. As you and/or your staff complete these, you can tick them as completed in the DAP to track your school/staff growth.
How do I plan the year?
First of all, talk to your Principal. Think about the following questions:
What outcomes does the school want to achieve with the help of the DCO?
What will this look like in your school context?
Does it fit somewhere in the Strategic Improvement Plan?
