P&C

Our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is made up of parents and carers, teachers and community members. The P&C meets regularly to contribute to decision-making, developing policies and management plans, as well as fundraising.

Blacktown South Public School has been very fortunate to have a long-serving parent organisation that supports the school. This organisation gives parents the opportunity to discuss matters that concern their children and also to help raise funds for much needed resources at the school. We welcome any parents wishing to join our parent group.

This organisation meets twice a term alternatively, at 7pm in the staffroom or 9:30am in the computer lab. The parent and citizens' association (P&C) have a Facebook group that you can join to keep up-to-date on current fund-raising events and opportunities, as well as, other P&C related interests.

The P&C is a great place to meet new parents and to find out first-hand from the Principal, Mr Bowmer, what is happening in the school. All parents are welcome.
