Library

Libraries are an essential resource within NSW public schools to support teaching and learning. They provide teachers with resources to teach the curriculum, and students with resources for individual learning and recreational reading.

At Blacktown South Public School students visit the school library once a week for a lesson and to borrow a book. At the beginning of Kindergarten, each student is given a library bag which they need to bring with them on their allocated day.
