Mentoring Program

On 22nd April 2025, a mentoring session was conducted where all 10 mentees delivered speeches on various topics. The main theme of the session focused on building confidence, enhancing speaking skills, and overcoming the fear of facing a crowd.

We worked with excitement and careful planning to organize the event. Our first speaker, Muskan Rai, spoke on the topic of Goal Setting. She emphasized that setting goals is a key idea in the journey of life. She explained that without goals, one’s path becomes directionless and empty, like a "blind and blunt vacuum" in life.

Next, Tshering Choden shared her thoughts on Overcoming Self-Doubt. She highlighted that while self-doubt may seem small, it can significantly affect our actions. However, she reminded everyone that self-doubt is not a fact and can be overcome with self-belief.

Following her, Arbir Rai and Thie both spoke on the importance of Focusing on Studies. They emphasized that achieving success requires clear focus and dedication not only in studies but also in all areas of life.

Tshering Lhamo talked about Failure as a Path to Success. She stressed the importance of staying strong through failures, as perseverance leads to ultimate success.

Ram Molten shared a heartfelt speech on the Importance of Mothers. He described mothers as vital to every life, acting as the first teachers who impart valuable lessons. He beautifully conveyed that a mother's love is irreplaceable in the entire world.

Kinley Drakpa spoke on Believing in Yourself. He explained that trust builds confidence, and confidence boosts every event in life, leading to a positive and meaningful journey.

Jeewan discussed Hard Work. He emphasized that every success story is built on hard work, discipline, and consistency. Although hard work can be tiring and time-consuming, it eventually brings colorful and joyful results in life.

Finally, Tashi Lhamo spoke on the Effect of Education. She highlighted that education is a powerful tool that helps individuals understand the world better. Education plays a vital role in creating a vibrant, knowledgeable, and strong society.

Overall, the session was a great success. The mentees showcased impressive preparation and speaking skills. This platform not only helped them boost their confidence but also provided valuable life lessons for everyone present
