Kooth is an online mental health support service for 10 -26 year olds commissioned by East Lothian Council Education and Whole Family Wellbeing. Kooth offers a free, 24/7, immediately accessible place to get excellent self help for your mental health and also access to text based conversations with real life counsellors. You don't need to get referred, you can just start using it!
A link to Kooth has also been added to the bookmarks on all secondary pupil’s Chromebooks.
