Student feedback acts as a compass, guiding us towards understanding what works and what needs enhancement. It sheds light on the aspects that resonate, helping us replicate success. Equally crucial, it highlights areas requiring adjustments, sparking innovation and adaptability.

Peer feedback is also crucial, as we need other professionals' perspectives to grow and improve. At its core, feedback isn't just about receiving praise or addressing concerns; it's about embracing a process that transforms ordinary teaching into extraordinary learning.
