Program Overview
ResponsiveEd's Teacher Induction Program welcomes and supports beginning teachers from both PHS and TCPA districts through mentoring and targeted professional development within the First-Year Teacher Academy (FYTA) cohort. Beginning teachers, or teachers with 2 or fewer years of overall teaching experience, are paired with experienced, vetted, and trained ResponsiveEd staff to support, lead, and coach them in their first years within the profession.
