Parking: Please observe all parking guidelines.
Cars cannot park in the tennis parking lot, on the grass, or on the side of the street with 'No Parking' signs.
When parking on the street, please allow enough space for residents to be able to turn into and out of their driveways.
Swimmers can be dropped off at the pool and proceed to the visitor’s bullpen area.
Restrooms:
There are men & women restrooms off the pool deck.
Concessions:
Steeple Station's concessions stand will be serving pizza, hot dogs and mac-n-cheese.
They also have chips, candy, granola bars, and misc snack items.
Concessions takes cash, venmo, and cashapp at this time.
Heat Sheets: Will be on sale for $1 each.
Pool:
Their pool is (5) lanes, and they do NOT have blocks.
There is limited seating on both sides of the pool.
Visiting team sits on the side with the shed & starter table, home team sits closer to the lawn.
Bullpen:
Visiting team's bullpen is the area around the playground, near a pond and on grass.
BRING: BUG SPRAY & SHADE!
NO swimmers allowed on playground equipment.
Chuck-A-Duck
Purchase rubber duckies at $2 each or 3/$5.
At the middle of the meet, everyone will get the chance to throw the ducks into a hoop in the middle of the pool.
One lucky duck will get drawn and split the pot. (Last week, the winner rec’d over $100!)
Cash or Venmo accepted.
NOTE: This Thursday is Steeple Station's last home meet, so they will be doing a couple of special things that we are invited to participate in:
Senior Night - Steeple Station will be recognizing their Seniors Swimmers at 5:50pm. Seniors will do a lap and be honored.
Alumni / Parent Relays - These take place around halftime (before 100 IM at the switch of the jobs etc). We usually just do a 4x25 freestyle relay with parents and alumni together.
Marlin are welcome to join! Email marlins@edmswim.com by Noon on Wednesday, 6/18 if interested!!
Goofy Relays - Teens do goofy relays after the conclusion of the meet (so after everything is said and done).
MEET REQUIREMENT
We require at least (1) representative from each family (age 15 & up) to cover a volunteer shift for every meet your child attends.
Assigned volunteer positions are subject to last minute change. We appreciate your understanding!
SHIFT COVERAGE
If a representative from your family cannot work your assigned shift, it is your responsibility to find a substitute.
Please try reaching out to your Big/Little Fish family or other members of the team!
Another option is hiring a volunteer shift babysitter! (15 years or older, please)
CHECK-IN
All volunteers must sign in and collect your badge at the check-in table near the waterslide by 5pm.
If you cannot arrive by 5pm, please text (678) 412-5295 to let our Volunteer Coordinator know your estimated arrival time.
Failure to show up without notice will result in a fine of $100.
TIMING
See your individual role for timing details!!
1st shift - Must be in position by 5:45pm (check in by 5pm)
2nd shift - Report by Event 32
LAST MINUTE CHANGES
If your swimmer is ill – vomiting, diarrhea, fever, coughing, etc. – or there is a last minute emergency and you cannot find a substitute for your shift, please email ALL three email accounts:
