MAP
Our 3rd Meet is at Home!
See our "Under Construction" meet layout plan above.
PARKING
Is limited! If coming from inside the neighborhood – please consider walking, dropping off, carpooling, or taking a golf cart to help limit street overflow parking.
Please park in the main parking lot around the clubhouse/playground (not in the secondary Tennis Court lot.)
Street parking is also allowed only on one side of the street – this will be marked with signs. Emergency vehicles need to be able to pass and access fire hydrants, so please do not park on both sides of the street or block a hydrant.
BULLPEN
Our bullpen (where the swimmers stay between events) is the newly created larger deck.
We recommend swimmers bring...
Slides or sandals
Something to sit on (folding chair, blanket or towel)
Sunscreen
Bug spray
Extra towel
Warm clothes
Full list of What to Bring on SwimTopia
SEATING
Available on the clubhouse or opposite side of the pool, and also from above on the clubhouse deck.
No seating on the short ends of the pool; this area is a walk-on-and-off space for swimmers, timers, judges, and event staging.
Please do not enter the clubhouse or the computer room (located in the gym).
CONCESSIONS
Can be found upstairs, on the clubhouse deck.
WILL BE LIMITED & SHORT STAFFED!!
MEET REQUIREMENT
We require at least (1) representative from each family (age 15 & up) to cover a volunteer shift for every meet your child attends.
Assigned volunteer positions are subject to last minute change. We appreciate your understanding!
SHIFT COVERAGE
If a representative from your family cannot work your assigned shift, it is your responsibility to find a substitute.
Please try reaching out to your Big/Little Fish family or other members of the team!
Another option is hiring a volunteer shift babysitter! (15 years or older, please)
CHECK-IN
All volunteers must sign in and collect your badge at the check-in table near the waterslide by 5pm.
If you cannot arrive by 5pm, please text (678) 412-5295 to let our Volunteer Coordinator know your estimated arrival time.
Failure to show up without notice will result in a fine of $100.
