ESD Supplemental Learning Resources

In response to school closures, the Edmonds School District has created a Supplemental Learning Resources website with ideas for learning at home. Here are some highlights and tips:


  • Newsela – Currently free, but you will need to create your own parent or homeschool teacher account. Afterwards you will be able to assign work to your child using a class code. No student account is needed.

  • Raz-Kids – Please email Marianne for access.

  • iReady – Not currently available for EHK12 families.

  • KCTS 9 PBS LearningMedia – You find a ton of free content with no sign-in required at this time. Be sure to check out the PreK-12 Resources for Emergency Closings to find suggestions organized by grade level and subject! Here are some more ideas:


  • Core Curriculum: Collections, Connect Ed, ClassZone, Agile Mind – Unfortunately, these are not available for EHK12 families.

  • Newsela – Currently free, but you will need to create your own parent or homeschool teacher account.

  • Naviance –Edmonds Heights Naviance login page.
