World Energy Efficiency Day and World Creativity and Innovation Day - 5th of march/21st of april
Students explored the importance of innovation and creativity in everyday life, technology, business, and society. They learned how creative ideas can solve problems, improve products, and create new opportunities for the future.
Students researched inspiring examples of innovation, famous inventors or entrepreneurs, and modern technologies that changed the world.
Students and their families worked together to design and build creative gadgets that generate alternative energy. Through hands-on experimentation, they explored renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and kinetic power while developing problem-solving, teamwork, and engineering skills.
These projects encouraged innovation, environmental awareness, and a shared commitment to building a more sustainable future.
This exhibition presented a collection of scale models that demonstrate how renewable energy sources can be used to generate clean and sustainable power. The models simulated different technologies, including wind turbines, solar panels, hydroelectric systems, and biomass energy production.
During this hands-on activity, children explored the concept of renewable energy and learned about different sustainable energy sources, such as solar, water and wind power. They worked creatively to build a representative model, using simple materials to illustrate how renewable energy can be produced and used.
The activity encouraged teamwork, creativity, and environmental awareness, while helping children understand the importance of clean and sustainable energy for a greener future.
National Energy Day and World Wind Day- 29th of may/15th of june
Thisresentation was delivered on Energy Day to raise awareness about the importance of energy and sustainable energy use. The presentation covered different energy sources, including renewable and non-renewable energy, their environmental impacts, and ways to improve energy efficiency. Participants gained a better understanding of the role of clean energy in building a sustainable future and were encouraged to adopt energy-saving practices in their daily lives. The presentation was informative and helped promote awareness of responsible energy consumption.
Following the development of their alternative energy projects, students and their families presented their creations during a Science Talk.
This event provided an opportunity to showcase their ideas, explain the design and construction process, and demonstrate how their devices generate renewable energy.
Through presentations and discussions, participants will share their experiences, inspire others, and promote awareness of sustainable technologies and environmental responsibility.
Students could observe how each renewable energy source works and learn about its benefits for the environment. The interactive models illustrate the process of converting natural resources such as sunlight, wind, and water into electricity. Through these demonstrations, the exhibition aims to raise awareness about the importance of sustainable energy and the role it plays in reducing pollution and combating climate change.
During this hands-on activity, children explored the basic principles of electricity by creating simple electrical circuits. They learned how electrical current flows through a circuit and how different components work together to produce light.
Using wires, batteries, LEDs, and other materials, the children designed and assembled their own circuits to illuminate different structures. The activity encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork, while providing a practical introduction to electricity and energy in an engaging and interactive way.
