Military Jobseeker Pilot Launched!
On October 3, 2022, the XCredit team, alongside our partners, JobPaths, successfully launched the military jobseeker pilot, allowing interested military-aligned individuals to enter the XCredit dashboard, take assessments and validate their skills!
What has this looked like on the backend?
SSO (Single-Sign-On) was established between partners enabling participants to navigate between technologies seamlessly.
Integrations were established between partners allowing identity and skills data to flow between technologies.
The pilot environment was iterated and set up within Matrix, allowing users to enter the dashboard and take Critical Thinking assessments.
Strategies were set up to accelerate recruiting of military job seekers.
