  • Processes the skills required to manage change and transition

  • Selects and applies appropriate communication methods in a range of contexts

  • Forms and works in teams on a range of work-related tasks and observes and incorporates the skills needed to work collaboratively

  • They make presentations and contribute actively to class and group discussions, building on others' ideas, solving problems, justifying opinions and developing and expanding arguments.

  • When planning for action, students take account of multiple perspectives and ambiguities, use democratic processes, and negotiate solutions to an issue.

  • They evaluate ways they can be active and informed citizens in different contexts.
