I began my teaching career in 2019 in Westlock, Alberta, and joined the Evergreen Catholic School community at St. Mary’s in 2020, teaching junior high science, math, and French as a Second Language. In 2021, I transitioned into a Student Services role, where I discovered how much I enjoy supporting students beyond the classroom.
Becoming a school guidance counsellor has always been a goal of mine, and in 2025 I was grateful for the opportunity to join the team at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic High School. I'm passionate about mental health and truly value the chance to support students in both their academic and personal growth. I especially enjoy problem-solving with students and getting to know who they are beyond the classroom — their goals, their challenges, and what inspires them.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family, going to the lake, and walking my dog.
