Please refer to the following guides when writing your reports:
Semester #; Term #; Year # - write numbers as numerals
Capitals for subjects - Maths, English, Art etc
Blurbs - correct semester
Font sizing - the same throughout report
Past/Presence - always speak in the presence tense
Ampersand "&" - to NOT be present in reports. Write the word "and".
Opinions - to be kept out of report
Personal notes such as "It is great to see...", "...which is wonderful" to NOT be present in report.
Personal notes may exist in General Comments ONLY
First sentence to contain student's legal first name NOT nickname. Alternate between he/she and legal first name. Nickname can be used in the concluding sentence. ex: Thank you for a great year, Joey.
Don't end sentences with prepositions (eg. to, with, of, in etc)

-Learnt or learned - both acceptable
-Times table - two words
Week 10 - reports released to parents
Week 9 - all imported to SEQTA, no more editting
Week 8 - English comments sent to Tanya and Kirah; all specialist marks entered
Week 7 - Maths comments sent to Tanya and Kirah
Week 6 - General comments sent to Tanya and Kirah
Week 5 - Merits and blurbs entered
Week 4 - SEQTA reports open for staff to access
