Please print and complete this form and return to HoP/HoS at the beginning of your first school year.

If an email address hasn't already been organised for you, please make your way to the library to confer with IT.

Please update your email signature that is connected to your EC email account. Click here to access a copy of the offical EC signature or contact Tracey Reid for a copy of the email signature.

Please do not VARY this email signature in any way other than your details, as directed by ASV. No photos, images, logos, etc should be added and please do not change font sizes/colour/etc to this email signature.

Gmail: Go to Settings, scroll to signature and copy and paste the signature i changing the details where necessary. 

Outlook:  Go to your settings, to email signature. Open the attached HTML file in your browser. Copy all and paste them into the signatures box of Outlook. Change the necessary details to your own.

Mac Mail:  This process is more complicated. Click here for some instructions or contanct Ryan in IT has agreed to help people with their signatures for Mac Mail.

Solv Safety is a program where staff input all OHS data such as audits, incidents, inductions and for managing hazards and maintenance. You will be asked to do this throughout the year. Please contact your head of school for more information.

Damstra (Velpic) Training is a online training platform that allows you to complete all required training for our ASV system and for continued work at Edinburgh. 

Click here to access the Velpic site. Log in with the details sent to your email by OH&S Manager (Samuel Shehata). 

You will be required to complete modules here throughout the year (you will be email prompted for details on when these need to be completed).
