Good afternoon,
Teams Calder and Loxley have enjoyed continuing our Victorian narrative and have impressed us with their determination and resilience in rugby.
Next week:
English: we will be continuing our narrative based on a child working in a Victorian mill
Maths: We will be looking at area and perimeter
Curriculum: We will be looking at primary sources to see what affluent people did during the Victorian era
Science: The children will be learning about how diet, exercise and lifestyle impact on our bodies
PSHE: The children will be finding out about some of the risks of alcohol and how it can lead to anti-social behaviour.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office.
Thank you for your continued support,
Mrs Lazenby and Miss Fawcett
