WEEKLY UPDATE

Dear Parents and Carers,

We’ve had a great week in Reception! The children have been busy learning all about plants. We've been identifying and labelling the different parts of a plant, and the children have done a fantastic job writing their own instructions on how to plant a sunflower.

Next week, we’re looking forward to continuing this exciting topic. The children will be putting their instructions to the test as we plant our own sunflowers and watch them grow!

Thank you for completing the home learning tasks — we really appreciate your support! This week, we will be adding some maths sheets focusing on doubles to help reinforce what we’ve been learning in class. We hope you enjoy practising these together at home!  

Just a reminder that we have had to tweak the date of our family sharing assembly in July. The new date will be Monday 7th July 2025.
