Student Support Coordinator are uniquely qualified members of school teams that support students' ability to learn and teachers' ability to teach. They apply expertise in learning, and behavior, to help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. The Student Support Coordinator partner with families, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments that strengthen connections between home, school, and the community.
SSCs provide direct support and interventions to students, consult with teachers, families, and other school-employed mental health professionals (i.e., school counselors) to improve support strategies, work with school administrators to improve school-wide practices and policies, and collaborate with community providers to coordinate needed services. All children and youth can face problems from time to time related to learning; social relationships; making difficult decisions; or managing emotions such as feeling depressed, anxious, worried, or isolated. The Student Support Coordinator help students, families, educators, and members of the community understand and resolve both long-term, chronic problems and short-term issues that students may face.

I have worked in East Penn School District as a Student Support Coordinator since 2024. Prior to working in EPSD, I worked as a Licensed Behavior Specialist with a background in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior experiences as a Registered Behavior Technician, Support Service Person, and Higher Education Professional. Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitative Services and Master of Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am passionate about providing exceptional, behavioral health services to individuals in need while supporting their families through the process. I am committed to learning and applying current ABA techniques and theories through continuing education and collaboration amongst a strong professional team. Eager for new opportunities and motivated for self-development.
I grew up in the Lehigh Valley and graduated from East Stroudsburg University - earning my Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitative Services. In 2022, I graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Master’s Degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.
At Wescosville, I enjoy working and collaborating with parents, teachers, and other members of the team to support students' social-emotional and behavioral health and academic functioning. Also, connecting with local resources within the community. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2 daughters, reading, kayaking, hiking, and travel. I love to bake and entertain!
