Transcript Requests & Letters of Rec

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Students must complete an online request for both unofficial and official transcripts. Please do not make transcript requests through email or phone calls. 

Fill out the transcript request form available on the EMHS website here. 

Please allow 2 business days for transcript requests to be fulfilled. 

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION REQUEST FORM

If you need a letter of recommendation from an EMHS staff member, please fill out the EMHS Letter of Recommendation Request form (found on EMHS's website at: https://www.eastmountainhigh.net/advocacy-guidance) and your Naviance Letter of Recommendation Questionnaire (in Naviance under About me>Surveys from your school>Letter of Recommendation Questionnaire) and give them to your recommender(s). This will provide your recommenders with useful information about you in order to write an exceptional letter of recommendation.

Please request your letter in person at least two weeks prior to the deadline.
