Transcript Requests & Letters of Rec

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Students must complete an online request for both unofficial and official transcripts. Please do not make transcript requests through email or phone calls. 

Fill out the transcript request form available on the EMHS website here. 

Please allow 2 business days for transcript requests to be fulfilled. 

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION REQUEST FORM

If you need a letter of recommendation from an EMHS staff member, please fill out the request form and your Naviance survey so they will know useful information about you in order to write an exceptional letter of recommendation. You can get a form in Ms. Marcelain's office in the Guidance Center. 

Please request your letter in person at least two weeks prior to the deadline. 

Teachers have been instructed to only write letters for students who submit the Letter of Recommendation Request Form along with a completed Naviance Letter of Recommendation Survey.
