EMHS Career Fair 2026!
East Mountain High School, in partnership with Bernalillo County, will be hosting our 4th Annual Spring Career Fair on Friday, April 17th from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM at Vista Grande Community Center. Students in grades 9 - 12 will be attending the fair.
Barnes & Noble Fundraiser on 3/14!
Bring along a friend or a family member and earn community service hours while promoting this EMHS fundraiser hosted by Barnes & Noble on March 14th! Simply invite customers to present a coupon at checkout, which tells Barnes & Noble to donate a percentage of their purchase to our school.

Congresswoman Melanie Stansbury (NM-01) 2026 Congressional Art Competition due on 4/24
The 2026 Congressional Art Competition is open to all high school students that are residents of New Mexico's First Congressional District. There is no theme for this year's Art Competition, use this as an opportunity to bring any piece of New Mexico that you would like to Washington, D.C.!
The deadline to enter the 2026 Art Competition is Friday, April 24, at 5:00 PM MT.

Looking for an Online Drivers Ed Program for Your Teen?
The NMDOT believes personal instruction is the best benefit for students, but may, in its discretion, grant permission for a student to enroll in a correspondence course only due to lack of availability at the student's High School, distance to an in-person private school is more than 25 miles from a student's physical address, academic/extracurricular activities, student employment, or an extenuating circumstance prevent the student from taking a personal instruction driver education course.
