East Hampton Public Schools uses ParentSquare, https://www.parentsquare.com for the majority of our communications with families. Parents are automatically setup with a ParentSquare account when their child is registered in one of our schools. Parents will receive communications via ParentSquare to the email address and cell phone number they provide when they register their child.
Parents must finish registering and setup a password for their ParentSquare account in order to manage their notification preferences, use the direct messaging feature, and to open Secure Documents. To finish setting up your account, go to https://www.parentsquare.com/signin and use the "Register" option.
Groups to join: Once you are signed into ParentSquare, look for "Groups" you can join. For example the school PTO groups.Â
Secure Documents are being used to send documents such as Report Cards home to families. Secure Documents are delivered to the "Alerts" section of ParentSquare and may require you to reenter your ParentSquare password.
This communication is being sent home along with the first term Report Cards and Progress Reports this year. It describes our transition from paper reports to a digital format and secure delivery via Parent Square.
