To see the winter Band Notes
There is no substitute for the immense benefits of private instruction! Private instruction is beneficial at all levels of learning, but becomes particularly important as students enter the middle school (6th grade), as there is less time offered during the school day for one-on-one lesson times. Highly qualified instructors, that specialize in a particular instrument, are able to evaluate tone, technique, and musicianship nuances of each instrument, as well as serve as a role model.
If you are a local private teacher and would like to be included on our list, please feel free to contact Mr. Gromis via email and he will see about possibly including your information on the next update to our list (generally in the spring of each year).
PLEASE NOTE: Private lesson are a business agreement between two parties completely independent of Eastern York School District. The Eastern York assumes no responsibility for the content and/or quality of instruction by an independent private music teacher. Furthermore, private instructors listed on this list are not associated with or contracted by the Eastern York School District for private instruction in either a professional or volunteer status.
