"When families come in to dine with us those nights, each check payment must be accompanied by:

A) A Community Night quarter sheet that has the date, organization name, and group # on it. (We have these sheets in the band room for you to pick up. These are easily distributed at a band booster meeting or band camp) This option is preferred and works best.

B) A printed email showing that the Community Night is at Hoss's that day with organization name and group # included. This option works well also.

C) Guests without a printer may show the e-mail on their phones if they do not have the quarter sheet. As stated above, the email must include the date of Community Night, organization name, and the group #.

As we mentioned on the phone a few months back, cards can not be distributed here at Hoss's.
