Today's classrooms are more diverse than ever before. Educators are supporting students with a wide range of strengths, identities, and learning profiles, including students with executive functioning differences, neurodiverse learners, and those with attentional challenges. As learner needs continue to evolve, schools must move beyond designing instruction for the "average" student and instead embrace learner variability as the foundation for inclusive teaching.

This webinar introduces the concept of learner variability and explores how educators can intentionally design instruction that anticipates differences from the start rather than responding to them after barriers arise. Using asset-based and inclusive language, participants will reflect on the variability within the students they serve and explore practical strategies to support the academic, social, and behavioral needs of an increasingly diverse student population. Participants will leave with actionable approaches for creating flexible learning environments where every learner has opportunities to succeed.
